The Opportunity

Funding consulting is a real business right now.

Every week, thousands of entrepreneurs apply for business capital and get denied. Most of them aren't bad candidates. Most of them simply never learned how the process works.

The market is large, and most of it is underserved.

Banks are not in the business of educating applicants. They are in the business of approving or denying applications that walk through the door. The result is a wide gap between the people who need capital and the people who know how to get it.

That gap is the opportunity. Funding consultants close it. A trained consultant guides a client through credit preparation, application sequencing, and banker conversations. The client gets approved. The consultant earns a fee. Both sides win, and the work is repeatable.

The Funding Architect Program gives you the operating playbook for that work: curriculum, templates, coaching, and the systems you'll use to onboard and serve clients from day one.

  • 01Review a client's personal and business credit profile and give them a clear plan to improve it.
  • 02Structure their application sequence across multiple banks to maximize approval odds.
  • 03Coach them through banker conversations and documentation requests.
  • 04Price your services in a way that fits your market and your operating model.
  • 05Build a referral pipeline so client acquisition stops being a daily problem.

This program is selective on purpose.

We review every application by hand and we only enroll people we believe will do the work. Here is the honest filter.

This is a fit if you

  • Are committed to building a real service business, not a quick side income.
  • Have at least 10 to 15 hours a week available to study, practice, and serve clients.
  • Are comfortable having professional conversations with business owners about money and credit.
  • Are willing to follow a structured curriculum and complete weekly assignments.
  • Have basic comfort with spreadsheets, email, and standard business software.

This is not a fit if you

  • Are looking for a passive income stream or something that runs without you.
  • Want to be approved for personal capital yourself. Our consumer service handles that separately.
  • Are not willing to talk to clients on calls or by video.
  • Are looking for guarantees of income or specific approval rates. Results depend on your effort and your market.
  • Cannot commit a meaningful block of time to the program each week.
Curriculum

Eight modules. One operating playbook.

Each one builds on the last. By the end you have the operational practice of a working funding consultant, not a stack of theory.

Module 01 · Foundations

Foundations of Personal & Business Credit

How the scoring models actually work. What lenders look at, what they ignore, and where most applicants leave points on the table. Everything else in the program stands on this.

Real scoring math, not myths Bank-side perspective, not consumer-side Worksheet: audit your first profile
  1. Module 02

    Profile Preparation

The exact sequence we use to clean up a client's credit profile in the 60 to 90 days before applying. Utilization, derogatory marks, account aging.

  2. Module 03

    The Application Process

What a strong application package looks like. Documentation, business setup, EIN preparation, and the small details that move approval odds.

  3. Module 04

    Banking Relationships & Stacking

The bank-by-bank application order we use, how each bank evaluates differently, and how to position the same profile across multiple applications.

  4. Module 05

    Sourcing Your First Clients

The four client acquisition channels we have tested. Which ones work fastest, which build long term, and how to start with no audience.

  5. Module 06

    Pricing & Service Design

Flat fee, performance fee, retainer, hybrid. The trade offs, the right pricing for your market, and the contracts we use ourselves.

  6. Module 07

    Compliance & Legal Setup

The corporate structure, disclosures, agreements, and operating practices that keep you on the right side of regulators in your state.

  7. Module 08

    Operations & Scaling

Tools, systems, virtual assistants, and the operating cadence that lets you move from solo to a small team without losing quality.

About the instructor

Hunter built Scale With Credit on this exact process.

Before launching Scale With Credit, Hunter spent years inside the credit and lending industry watching capable founders get denied capital they actually deserved. The reason was almost always the same. They had no idea how the scoring model worked, no sequence to their applications, and no relationships with the banks that would have said yes.

He built Scale With Credit to fix that, and the team has now helped clients secure over $28 million in business capital. The Funding Architect Program teaches the same playbook, end to end, so other operators can build a service business doing the work.

"The program is not theory. Every module is built from the actual onboarding, application, and operations process we use with clients every week."
Student Outcomes

What graduates are building.

A few examples from people who completed the program and put the work in. Results depend on effort, market, and many other factors. These are not guarantees.

Graduate · 2025 cohort
"I came in with no client base and no industry experience. The curriculum gave me a real process to follow, and the coaching calls kept me accountable. Six months out I was operating with a steady client load."
Marcus J.Started his consultancy in Texas
Graduate · 2025 cohort
"The bank stacking module alone was worth the program. I had been guessing on application order for months. Once I learned the real sequence, my client approval rate changed completely."
Renee A.Operating in Florida
Graduate · 2024 cohort
"Most programs hand you slides and disappear. This one gives you the actual templates, contracts, and call frameworks. I did not have to build the operating system from scratch, which saved months."

What people ask before applying.

How much does the program cost?

Cost is shared on the discovery call after we review your application. Pricing depends on the enrollment option you choose and whether you qualify for a payment plan. We do this on a call instead of putting it on the page so we can give you real numbers in the context of your specific goals.

How long does the program run?

The core curriculum is 12 weeks. After graduation you have continued access to the community, the templates, and monthly group coaching for as long as you remain a member in good standing.

Do I need prior experience in credit or finance?

No. The first few modules assume you are starting from zero. Most of our students come from outside the finance industry. What matters more than background is your willingness to follow the process and put in the practice hours.

Is this legal? Do I need a license to do this work?

Funding consulting itself does not require a special license in most states, but specific activities (like brokering certain loan products) may have licensing requirements that vary by jurisdiction. Module 07 covers the compliance landscape and helps you understand what applies in your state. We always recommend consulting a local attorney to confirm requirements for your specific operating model.

How much can I realistically earn doing this?

Income varies widely based on your effort, your market, your pricing, and many other factors. We do not make income claims because we cannot honestly predict your results. What we can tell you is that the program is structured around a service model that has been viable for our graduates who put the work in. Past results do not guarantee future earnings.

What if I apply and you say no?

We tell you honestly. Sometimes the timing is not right, sometimes the program is not the best fit for someone's goals, and sometimes we are at capacity. If we cannot accept you, we explain why and, where possible, point you toward something more appropriate.

Can I do this alongside a full time job?

Many of our students start that way. The program is designed to be done in 10 to 15 hours a week. Most graduates begin serving clients on the side and transition to full time once their client load justifies it.
