If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information.

We may share information with other third parties when you have given us specific consent to do so.
06Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize you on the Site, remember your preferences, deliver and measure advertising, and analyze how the Site is used.
Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for basic Site functionality, such as form submission. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies: used by us and our advertising partners (including Meta, Google, and others) to deliver and measure relevant advertising.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or set warnings before cookies are placed. Refusing all cookies may prevent some Site features from working correctly.
07Advertising and Conversion Tracking
We may use third-party advertising platforms (including but not limited to Meta Platforms, Inc. via the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google LLC, TikTok, and others) to deliver advertisements, measure the effectiveness of those ads, and improve the relevance of advertising you see on those platforms.
These technologies may collect information such as:
- The pages of our Site you visit and the actions you take;
- Hashed versions of contact data (email address, phone number, name) used to match conversion events to your account on the advertising platform (the original data is hashed using cryptographic algorithms such as SHA-256 before being transmitted; we do not transmit raw personal information to ad platforms);
- Browser-level identifiers such as Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies;
- Technical information such as IP address and user agent.
This information is used to attribute conversions to specific ad campaigns and to enable interest-based advertising on those platforms.
Your Choices About Advertising
You can manage your advertising preferences directly with the platforms:
- Meta: facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- U.S. industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org
Meta Disclaimer: This Site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. Additionally, this Site is not endorsed by Meta in any way. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, and META are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

10Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:
- Application data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission so we can re-engage qualified applicants and respond to inquiries.
- Enrolled student records are retained for the duration of enrollment plus 7 years thereafter for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
- Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever comes first.
- Technical logs and analytics are retained for up to 14 months in identifiable form, and may be retained longer in aggregated, anonymized form.
- Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years in the United States).
11Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and others) maintain industry-standard security certifications including SOC 2 Type II.
Specific safeguards include:
- HTTPS encryption (TLS) for all data in transit between your browser and our servers;

- Hashing of sensitive identifiers (such as email addresses and phone numbers) before transmission to advertising platforms;
- Multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts;
- Regular review of third-party service providers.
However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
